In 2005, I co-founded Execucare an outpatient-based program at OUHSC Department of Psychiatry dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of healthcare professionals and executives. From 2012 to 2019 I consulted on several addiction recovery treatment centers in Oklahoma using the Venn diagram as an organizing framework for program development, staff recruitment and training, and to offer transparency to patients and families about a commitment to truly integrated, intentional, and individualized care in addictions treatment settings.
